TERMS & CONDITIONS

We mean Evans Video Productions. You mean the client.
We agree to film you’re Party on premises you have received permission for and at the cost to you the client.

You will pay a deposit of £50/£75 depending on the package at the time of booking, and it will be non-refundable. You
may cancel, in writing 14 days after singing this contract with the loss of your deposit, Cancelations to this contract must
be in writing/ email.

Changes to this packages after 30 days from signing this contract or after meeting Evans Video Productions must be
made in writing /email and agreed by both parties.

We, in extreme or dangerous conditions, and within the Health & safety act, we are unable to film your wedding, but every
effort will be made to film your wedding at a new location within reason, on the same day.

We, in this agreement, have the right to cancel in writing/email, up to 1 month before your wedding with a refund of your
deposit, there after a compensation payment of £50 plus full refund if paid, with deposit will be paid to you the Client if
I/we Evans Video Productions are unable to film your wedding.

The master copy will remain the property of Evans Video Productions.

We will edit and produce your DVD within 28 days under normal circumstances after you the client has viewed the
footage, with instruction of any changes required with or without your music and photographs if needed, the responsibility
will be on the client to deliver/post within 14 days after viewing after which Evans Video Productions will presume the
footage of your party is to your approval and we will finalizes your DVD, no changes will be made after the finalizing
without a charge being incurred.

The DVD disc format is DVD-R. This format works in 95% of DVD players. Please ensure your player is compatible, If in
doubt, ask for a demo disc as copies cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
10 Full payment is due 14 days before the event, late payment may incur a charge or cancelation at the cost to the client.
11 You will inform us immediately or within 7 days of any dispute on receiving your Wedding video/DVD.
Copyrights:
12 The Copyright Act of 1988 assigns the copyright to Evans Video Productions. It is an offence to allow any videos/DVDs
produced by Evans Video Productions to be copied or allowed to be copied without Evans Video Productions permission
IN WRITING. It is the responsibility of the client to pay directly to Public Performance Licenses 14/232 Graton Street,
London W1V 1LB any fees due if commercially recorded material is used in the soundtrack of the video. /DVD.
13 You have read this agreement and that you understand it and agree to abide by it.
