Weather: Cold, windy, we had snow flakes, It hailed, It rained and it got even colder.
I think last night ranks up there in the top 5 coldest April nights in league history!
Participation: Despite the cold everyone showed up and we had 100% participation.
We used 10 subs this week. Please continue to communicate your need for a sub.
90 Degree Cart Rule – I had to negotiate 90 degree cart rule vs. cart path only for the
league this week. Fortunately the course was dry enough by the start of the league.
Going forward – I still see some league carts driving up and down the fairways and
roughs when we should be on the paths. Thank you for speaking up and reminding those
golfers about 90 degrees - out and back to the cart paths…
We really need to get this right!
Clinics: Don’t forget to sign up for the two FREE Golf Clinics on Tuesday’s May 5th
(short game) and May 12th (Full Swing) from 5p-6p. It’s open to all Ct Telso members
and their family. Email Marcia@connecticuttelso.com to sign up!
Payments: Might as well start reminding everyone that the next league payment of $140
is Due on or before May 7th
If you paid more than $225 for your initial deposit check with me for your total due.
Substitutes: If you need a sub on Thursday April 30th please advise and make sure you
get a reply that I received it.
