AGAIN BE AWASH IN A “SEA OF GREEN”
As the troops take off for their holiday leave, the USO of Missouri will provide annual party.

US Armed Forces – Over 4,000 military members from Fort Leonard Wood Army Post
Entertainment & Food –Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus; 97.1 FM Talk Radio –Allman in the
Morning Show Live Broadcast, Rickie Lee Tanner Acoustic Trio, Hardee’s, Anheuser-Busch,
The Red Bull Wing Team, The Hooter’s Girls, Coke, Full Throttle, NOS, Odwalla, Calling All
Patriots, Madrina’s & Monster Energy Drink and much more!
Where:
James S. McDonnell USO, Lambert St. Louis Int’l Airport. Terminal 1, next to baggage
claim M6.
Significance: To welcome over 4,000 military personnel from Fort Leonard Wood as they pass through
Lambert St. Louis International Airport on their way home for the holidays. Holiday Block
Leave, the day when military installations release their personnel for the holidays, will be a
spectacular party!
Free food and entertainment will be provided throughout the morning to help jump start the
holiday festivities for those in attendance. All military present will have an opportunity to have
their photos taken in our photo booth and receive a free picture with Santa & Mrs. Claus!
Food will be plentiful thanks to Hardee’s, PepsiCo Frito-Lay Brands, McArthur’s Bakery and
many other organizations donating food for the troops.
