SERVED ICE COLD – the slogan for the Snow Volleyball Tour 2015 powered by Amway describes this
extraordinary event series perfectly. A unique atmosphere, cool drinks and top-quality snow volleyball
are almost literally ‘served up’ at a total of 6 tour stops.
This year, the tour is coming to 5 different countries for the first time. From early March to mid April
2015, around fifty international beach volleyball pros from numerous nations will compete in
Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy and new host the Czech Republic for the title “King of the Snow”.

The annual Mozart Week traditionally takes place in Austria, where the world’s best orchestras,
ensembles and performers celebrate music’s elite with echoes of Mozart.
In his own way, Mozart also plays a role at the Snow Volleyball Tour – when the crème de la crème of
the volleyball scene gathers at the Flying Mozart mountain station in Wagrain to celebrate the beauty
of volleyball with breathtaking acrobatics and unbelievable action! This unforgettable competition held
at an altitude of 2,000 m will thrill all volleyball fans. Those who would like to experience this event for
themselves should come to the Flying Mozart mountain station on 22 March at 9 am for an incredible
atmosphere with cheerleaders, fans and a very “cool” location.
The best 8 teams will get a wildcard for the main event on Sunday, when they get the opportunity to
make life rather difficult for the volleyball pros in the heads-up. Are you looking for some cool action
and have the necessary self-confidence? Then grab a teammate and sign up for the free qualifying
round. This year, the Ö3-PistenBully (snow groomer plus DJ!) will ensure great tunes and an equally
great atmosphere.

Snow Volleyball and Wagrain: a story with tradition. The Tour is being hosted in Wagrain for the
seventh time – and for very good reason. This traditional winter sports resort offers the perfect
conditions for a memorable competition held at 2,000 m above sea level, in a snow arena with capacity
for 3,000 people.
The Flying Mozart mountain station is looking forward to the next Snow Volleyball event in Austria for
a terrific atmosphere, cool courts and some intense diving action! Let the Tour begin!
