Duration of catering is 4 hours maximum from time of arrival, as per NEA regulations.
Setup of buffet is limited to one location only.
Transportation charge is applicable at $80 per order ($150 for Sentosa and Jurong Island).
Surcharges for clearing after 10 pm are applicable: $100 per hour for group size of fewer than 100 pax; $200 per hour for group
size of 100 pax or more.
Surcharge for venues with no lift accessibility is applicable at a minimum of $100.
For surcharges for porcelain and glassware, kindly check with our sales team.
Minimum 3 working days notice is required if clearing of food is after 10 pm.
Minimum 3 working days notice is required for any amendments to Menu or Venue.
Prevailing 7% GST is applicable on total amount payable.
Non-refundable deposit of minimum 50% of total payment is required upon booking.
Balance payment must be made by cash/cheque/card at least 3 working days prior to event date.
