The 2014 numbers include those who were deactivated due to unpaid fees but also to those who
were deactivated to the outstanding fees from standing orders in May 2014.
In regards to the April 2015 numbers there are 12 confirmed deactivations who are members who
have stated their wish to leave. These members have been deactivated. The other 50 members are
those whose payment is yet to be received. These people are currently seen as active (and included
in the current membership figures) until June, when if no payment is received, they will be
deactivated.
