1. This form should be returned by the Homeless Link Validator to the Local Authority Estimate
Coordinator and Homeless Link Strategy and Partnership Manager after the estimate process
has taken place
2. The Local Authority Estimate Coordinator must then complete the Rough Sleeper Local
Authority Form Autumn 2015: www.communities.gov.uk/documents/housing/xls/1713802.xls,
submitting a single figure to the Department for Communities and Local Government at:
roughsleepingstatistics@communities.gsi.gov.uk by the 15th of December 2015
