All entries are to be on standard FIS entry forms. Use separate forms for male and female competitors.
Entries for foreign competitors must be submitted by their National Association and all competitors
must be FIS registered. All entries must reach the Race Secretary by 12 Noon, MONDAY 28 JULY
2014.

team/country and be available for checking at team captains meeting.
LATE ENTRIES:
May be accepted at the Team Captains Meeting and will incur a Late Entry Fee of $20
ENTRY FEE:
$60 per race. Credit card facilities will be available. Cheques are payable to the Wanaka Ski &
Snowports Club and CASH is acceptable. Credit Card Fees will apply. Entry refund policy for
cancelled events:

For events cancelled prior to the first scheduled team captains meeting there will be a
complete refund of all paid entry fees.
For technical events cancelled by the jury on the day of competition there will be an entry
refund of 1⁄2 of the paid entry fee.
BIB DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $25 per bib or $100 per team will be payable at the Team Captains Meeting before issue
of bibs. Deposit will be refunded on return of bibs after completion of racing.
TEAM CAPTAINS
MEETING:
Team Captain’s meetings are to be held at SNOW SPORTS NEW ZEALAND MEETING ROOM,
78 ANDERSON ROAD, WANAKA at 6pm, the night before each event.
LIFT PASSES:
Racer’s - Adult $47.50 , Youth $24 (17yrs + under) – to be confirmed.
Passes on sale at Team Captains Meeting, Payable to Cardrona or Treble Cone. Complimentary passes
will be issued to coaches listed on Race entry form to a limit of 1 pass per team per 8 athletes or part
thereof.
