We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced RN for our Home Health.
JOB SUMMARY:
Our Clinical Nurse Educator coordinates the educational process for defined clinical areas/programs,
assesses educational needs, plans, develops and delivers appropriate education and training and
evaluates educational outcomes. This position will continue to review, revise and update educational
programs and act as an educational liaison to departments, units, and other systems requiring
training. The Clinical Nurse Educator will facilitate the planning, development and delivery of systemwide programs and identify the use of appropriate educational resources which may include the
development of self-learning CBT programs and E-learning programs. This position requires the ability to
effectively prioritize and develop relationships with a wide variety of healthcare professionals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:






Current Pennsylvania State RN license
Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Cardiac/Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) experience
Current BLS provider card
Two to five years experience as an Educator
Basic computer skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:



Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
ACLS certification
Certification in ANCC Nursing Professional Development (required within two years of employment)
