Homework Policy
If you were absent… You will have the number of days equal to the number of days missed to
submit missed work due to absence.
Ex. If you miss two days of school, you will have two days to complete the work. Failure to comply
with these guidelines will result in a zero for the assignment


If you missed handing in an assignment, hand it in at the beginning of the day you return to
class.
If you missed a quiz or test, you must set up a time with me to make-up the assignment
within one week of your absence. Failure to do so will result in a zero.
If you were not absent… Work submitted one day late will receive half credit. Work handed in past
this deadline will receive no credit.


Projects go down 10 points per day late.
Late papers and projects must be handed directly to me and have the date submitted clearly
posted.
***Missing class due to instrument lesson or other in-school activity does NOT count as an absence. You are
responsible for finding out what you missed from me that day and submitted work due on that day!***
