Short Terms Tender Notice

Sealed tenders are invited for supply of items for different departments of the Institute
including language lab software. The tenders are to be received on or before 14/03/15 in the office of the
undersigned before 3.00pm. The tenders are to be submitted both for technical and financial in separate
envelopes superscribing “Technical or Financial” as the case may be. The technical bid must contain the
detailed specifications of machine/equipments. Requisite papers regarding tax clearance certificate, draft
and others if required. The last date of receipt of tenders should be superscribed on the top of envelop.
The envelops should be sent by registered post/ speed post/ courier. The envelop would not be accepted
by hand. The quoted price should include the cost of installation and demonstration of the equipments at
M.I.T., Muzaffarpur. The price should be mentioned alongwith taxes as applicable. Advance/cash
payment is not permissible. However, the payment will be made only after receipt of the items in good
conditions, successful demonstration and successful working of the items. The undersigned reserves the
right to accept or cancel the tender or any part of the tender without assigning any reason.
The tender papers in typed copy with detailed specifications of the equipments and different
items may be obtained from the undersigned during working hour from 11.00 A.M. to 3.00PM on written
request from 09.03.2015 to 14.03.2015 after depositing a Bank Draft of Rs 500/- in favor of Principal,
Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, Muzaffarpur Payable at Muzaffarpur. Suppliers who are interested
in quoting tenders must have TIN No. and produce requisite tax clearance certificate. Suppliers who are
interested in quoting tender for language lab software should have license for providing software
facilities. The firm quoting the tenders would have to deposit a draft of Rs.10000/-(Ten thousand) only
(refundable) as Earnest Money in favour of Principal, Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, Muzaffarpur.
Any type of misinformation will result in forfeiture of the earnest money amount.
The purchase committee meeting will be held on 16.03.2015 at 11:30 AM for opening of
Technical Quotation and on 18.03.2015 at 11:30 AM for opening of Financial Quotations in the
office of Principal, M.I.T., Muzaffarpur. The suppliers or their representatives may remain
present in the meeting for which, they will not be informed separately.

1. Teacher Console
Facilitates the teacher to plan and deliver his lecture. The lecture being delivered can be
broadcast and simultaneously recoded packaged and delivered on local or web based
network. Students can thereafter view those lectures many times, anytime and anywhere.

Lecture planner – A teacher can make a list of all the content materials that he might be
using in course of teaching. He can create his lecture plan prior to the lecture delivery and
put in his learning objects which he can refer to/use while teaching.

Interactive teaching whiteboard – Teacher can use electromagnetic pen as a chalk and use
the digital white board as a black board. Virtual Classroom software with camera utility
and complete tools and functionality of digital whiteboard to enable a teacher to write
draw a diagram, mark various areas and explain, rub or erase the written content. He is
also facilitated to open multiple white boards at the same time and save all the screens
along with the text.

Digital Marker Tools – This functionality facilitates the teacher to mark or highlight
various parts or areas of any kind of graphics like pdf files, word files, power point and
