On the last day of bidding, November 14, 2014, you MUST CALL IN YOUR BID
ONLY.
Voice Messages will NOT be excepted.
You must speak to a person.
Several phone numbers will be available for you to call in on the last day.

Auction will close at
8pm on November 14, 2014
HOWEVER;
"Bidding" will continue until 5 consecutive minutes have
gone by WITHOUT any bids.
For Example:
If a bid comes it at 7:58pm,
BIDDING WILL CLOSE at 8:03pm
"IF" no other bids come in.
IF a bid comes in at 8:02 (before the 8:03 cutoff above), the
bidding will remain open an additional 5 minutes (closing at
8:07pm) and so on until 5 consecutive minutes of ZERO bids
have been called in
This means the auction could actually end at 9pm or later. So
keep an eye on your stallion if you don't want to miss out.

All fees must be paid to C-N Quarter Horses by December 1, 2014. If fees are
not paid or arranged by December 1, 2014, your auction will be offered to the
next high bidder.

You may NOT sell or trade your breeding to any other individual
without first getting approval from the stallion owner ONLY!
All Winners will be notified by myself.
You will receive a Breeders
certificate with all the information you will need to schedule your breeding.
You will keep one copy for yourself and give the 2 nd copy to the stallion
owner at the time of breeding.
ALL WINNERS will be posted on Nov 15, 2014 and on the website.
This Auction covers "Breeding Fee" ONLY.
Any mare care
or vet requirements such as AI, shipment, chute fee, or shipment must be
discussed with the stallion owner and/or your veterinarian.

THEIR BREEDING PROGRAM. THIS AUCTION IS BECAUSE OF THEM. IT IS TO HELP THE
