of a Breastfeeding and Return to Work Policy.

EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC - Recommend that Cabinet pass the
following Resolution:- “That under Section 50A(4) of the Local Government
(Scotland) Act 1973, as amended, the Press and public be excluded from the
meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the
likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 9 of Schedule
7A of the Act”.

PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF LAND AT WEST LANGLANDS STREET,
KILMARNOCK AND AWARD OF BUILDING CONTRACT TO DEVELOP
THE SITE - Submit joint report dated 23 January 2013 by the Depute Chief
Executive/Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services and the Executive
Director of Finance and Corporate Support seeking approval to (i) acquire
from McTaggart and Mickel Homes Ltd land at West Langlands Street,
Kilmarnock extending to 0.72 hectares (1.79 acres) or thereby, identified on
the plan attached to the report; and (ii) to award McTaggart and Mickel
Homes Ltd a building contract for the construction of 29 residential units upon
the site for inclusion within the Council’s Housing Revenue stock. Report not
