2014-15 Orca Swim Club Registration Payment Options
3 Payment Options:
-One Yearly Payment ( cheque dated Sept. 1) ,
-2 or 3 Payment Instalments ( post dated cheques for the dates as on the table below) or
-Monthly Payment ( by automatic payment with credit card established on your account with
Team Unify ( preferred option) or by post dated cheques as per table below)
Online Credit Card payment: When inputting your credit card information, it is done under a
HTTPS secured connection and the data is 128 bit encrypted. Not even the family can log back
in and see their own information. See more info below.
Post dated cheques: All post dated cheques must be provided with the first payment.
Please review tables below for payment amount and date of payment. Ensure correct date
and year if providing postdated cheques.
Multi-swimmer family discount of 10% (for 2nd and subsequent swimmers) applies
to all payment categories.

Reasons for using the credit card automatic payment process:
1. Your credit card is in a secure 128 bit encrypted site on your personal Team Unify
account. No one (including administrators) has access to this information, it is used
only for automatic payments.
2. With your credit card on file, all payments will happen at the first of each month:
this includes monthly registration (if you have set that up), meet fees that have
been generated during the previous month, and equipment costs ( if you have
purchased any through our equipment manager) that will be invoiced to you by the
treasurer.
3. Although you can look at your account at any time to see any charges and payments
that have been applied, you will receive an email at the beginning of each month as well
that will list payments/charges.
4. Registration upgrades (e.g. moving from D2 to PODs) will be seamless, we just
change the category in the system and for the next month your payment will be at the
new level.
We encourage everyone to look at the credit card option, it's a win-win all around
(families and administration)!
