the most comprehensive in the market. However, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. does not market
graded chemicals and hence cannot extend a discount to this particular category. Santa Cruz
Biotechnology, Inc. offers bulk discounts on large chemical orders and will provide specific discounting
on a case by case basis. Let me emphasize that Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. will provide an overall 2%
