Emergency measures- Article 53(1)(b)(ii) of Reg. (EC) No 178/2002 („General Food Law“) empowers the Commission to take emergency measures, where it is evident that food or feed imported from a third country is likely to constitue a serious risk to human health. Emergency measures taken under this Article have specified conditions of import.
