Please be aware that this application implies an obligation to complete the pre-approved
courses.
When your application has been processed, you will receive a letter / an email from your
study board stating the pre-approved courses. It is your own responsibility to forward a copy
of this statement to the SU Office.
Upon return from your study abroad you are obligated to submit documentation of the
completed courses (cf. Eksamensbekendtgørelsen, §35).
The documentation must consist of a certificate with the following information:
1. The original title of the course/exam (in original language)
2. The result/grade given for the course/exam
3. An official description of the host institution Grading Scale.
