Leave In Term Time
Easter Holiday
Medical Appointments
Children are not permitted to
take leave in term time. Any
absence taken then will be
unauthorised and may result in
you receiving a fine.
School closes at 3.05pm on
Friday 27th March for the Easter
holiday.
All appointments should be taken
after school time and not during,
if at all possible.
The children return to school on
Monday 13th April.
Please inform the school office, in
advance, of any appointments
your child may have and provide
proof if you have any.
Parents Evening
Parents Evening will take place on Wednesday
11th March and Wednesday 18th March.
This will be an opportunity for you to meet with
your child’s class teacher and discuss their
progress.
You will receive a letter asking you to attend on
one of these dates.
Comic Relief Day – Friday 13th March
Comic Relief Day takes place on Friday 13th
March. We are asking the children to wear red
and donate 50p each.
Each class will be asked to participate in a
sponsored activity. Sponsor forms will be sent
home with the children.
Animal Man – Friday 13th
March
The ‘Animal Man’ will be in
school on Friday 13th March.
World Book Day
Thursday 5th March
World Book Day – Thursday

Comic Relief Day
Friday 13th March
To celebrate World Book
Day children are invited to
dress as a character from
their favourite book or to
bring a book along to school
to share with their class.
Visit of ‘Animal Man’
Friday 13th March
School Meals/Sandwiches
Please inform the school office
if your child wishes to change
from school dinners to
sandwiches or vice versa.
Notice of one week is required
prior to any change being
made.
