WHERE ARE WE …
…AT ANY POINT IN TIME
The ACT Aspire District Solution is comprised of Formative Assessments consisting of Interim
Tests and Classroom Quizzes - and an optional Summative component. Thus, a district
implementation may include Formative, Formative with Summative, or simply Summative
Assessments.
The ACT Aspire Formative Assessments are comprised of periodic Interim Tests and Classroom
Quizzes. These assessments are designed to help measure shorter-term student progress -providing supporting data for a more targeted and individually responsive program of
instruction.
Significantly, our Formative elements are an ideal toolset to help predict student outcome on
the ACT Aspire State Summative Assessment. In this respect, our Formative Assessments can
truly enhance the scope and effectiveness of your District initiative -- every day -- in every
classroom -- and for every student.
The ACT Aspire Formative Assessments are available as an optional component of the Act
Aspire State Summative Solution - and also as a stand-alone program for district purchase.
