Many clubs are staying the same, so please could children CONTINUE to attend their clubs the week
beginning MONDAY 11TH JANUARY. (If they would like to stop or change clubs please let the office
know). There are, however, some new clubs and some changes. PLEASE ONLY SEND IN THE
ATTACHED FORM IF YOUR CHILD IS STARTING A NEW CLUB. ALL CLUBS START MONDAY

FOOTBALL: Please be aware that if your child joins the football club, there will be weeks when it is
cancelled as there are a lot of fixtures/matches taking place at different venues during the autumn
term.
CHOIR: This is still running within the school day on a Friday afternoon and is led by Mrs Boniface
and Miss Davis.
JAPANESE CULTURE: This will be running on Wednesday lunchtime and will be run by Miss West and
Mrs Burnard. This club is invitation only.
If your child would like to join a club please could you fill in the form below and give this whole page
back to Mrs Dryden/Miss Tolley in the office. Your child will automatically be entered into the club
and will be expected to attend from the first week. If any club is oversubscribed names will be drawn
out of a hat and you will be informed and advised if your child has secured a place. IF YOU DO NOT
HEAR FROM US THEN YOUR CHILD IS IN THE CLUB. A register will be taken at the beginning of
each club, each week. IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE CLUB
ON ANY WEEK PLEASE COULD YOU LET MRS DRYDEN/MISS TOLLEY KNOW, EITHER BEFORE
OR ON THE DAY OF THE CLUB.
