can give a good summary of the overall literature on a topic

OVID EBMR: Evidence based medicine reviews – single search engine for three
Cochrane library files (CCTR, CDSR, CMR) + ACP Journal Club, DARE (Database of
Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness), Health Technology Assessments, NHS
Economic Evaluation Database)

ACP JC excellent summaries with robust critical appraisal of individual
