ISHLT Standards, Guidelines, Consensus, or Policy Document

at least 4 weeks prior to the date by which approval is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All proposals must be submitted to ISHLT HQ office by the Standards and Guidelines

* submission of Final Document to Standards and Guidelines Committee for review and approval

* submission of Final Document to ISHLT Board of Directors for approval

NOTE: The Standards and Guidelines Committee must approve all Project Leaders, Taskforce Chairs, writing committee members, and expert reviewers before invitations are issued. ISHLT staff will issue the invitations and collect conflict of interest disclosure information. Conflict of Interest disclosure must be collected from all participants before any writing can begin.
