Divorcing Parents of Minor Children Seminar
2015
This seminar is mandated by the Cherokee Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court of Georgia for
all parents of minor children who are in the process of divorce. Attendance is mandatory prior to
the finalization of any divorce or court proceeding involving minor children.
Persons coming to their Final Divorce Hearing, not having attended the Seminar, may be
subject to Contempt of Court proceedings.
The cost of the seminar is $40.00 or $5.00 for Medicaid recipients (parent not child.) Parent’s
card must be presented at the time of registration. All payments must be in cash. Checks will not
be accepted.
TIME: Registration is between 8:30 – 8:45 a.m. The Seminar begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at
1:00 p.m.
