Consumer Electronics Recycling - 2011
Middlesex County has a permanent drop-off site for unwanted, outdated and nonworking consumer
electronics items.
It is located at Sims Recycling Solutions, Inc. 401 Mill Road, Edison



Hours: First Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and the third Monday of each month
from 12 noon – 4 p.m. Closed holidays and some weekends
Free to Middlesex County residents (proof of residency will be requested)
Items Accepted: computer equipment (including CPUs, monitors, keyboards, scanners, modems,
printers and cables), TVs, VCRs, telephones, irons, fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent
bulbs, thermostats and thermometers containing mercury
