contributor and as an lead/manager of their QA teams and processes.

 Led teams of 1 to 6 testers in all facets of testing. This included establishing testing
requirements, setting up and using a bug tracking database, writing test plans,
tracking progress, following test plans, entering and regressing defects, writing test
summary reports and other tasks related to releasing the client software with a
specific target level of quality.
 Trained testers with a wide variety of testing backgrounds and experience, forging
