Admission Checklist
o Contact the Admissions Office at 216-763-1400 x 417 to schedule a parent tour or
attend an admissions event.
o Complete the paper application and submit to the Admissions office with the
non-refundable application fee of $75.
Applications received by January 30, 2016 will receive priority consideration.
o Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.
