Auction Madness...Let the Fun Begin!

Auction Madness is in the air as the Delaware Christian School Athletic Boosters prepare for the 19th
annual sports auction on Saturday, March 19 in the Delaware Christian School gymnasium. The
silent auction begins at 4:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 6:15 p.m. and a live auction
beginning at 7:15 p.m.
The DCS Athletic Boosters is a voluntary association of individuals organized exclusively to support,
promote, and encourage the student athletes, coaches and athletic programs of DCS. Past donations
and community support have allowed us to attract up to 240 bidders and raise an average of over
$25,000 each year to financially support the athletic programs at Delaware Christian School.
We anticipate a successful auction this year, but we need your help. Please consider supporting our
event by donating gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange you will receive some
excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company’s name and donation will be listed on
the auction website beginning February 1, 2016 and in the auction program the night of the event. In
order for your donation to be listed in the auction program, it must be received by Friday, March 4.
We have enclosed a donation form that can be mailed or emailed to us at the school’s address listed
below. We will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed or dropped off at the school office.
Please complete pick-up instructions on the donation form.
For additional exposure, corporate sponsorships are available for $500, $250 or $50. See the
attached donation form for more information.
All donations are tax deductible. Donations received will be receipted after the auction.
Finally, please consider joining us for an exciting evening on Saturday, March 19. Tickets must be
purchased in advance and are available beginning February 26, 2016 in the school office or can be
purchased online at www.dcschool.org/auction.
