Max. 1,5% milk fat in dry matter
Minimum 24% proteins in dry matter – skimmed milk
The acidity of milk produced of milk powder should not exceed 8,5o SH
EU IDF Standard 86:1981 / 18.0 ml 0.1 N NaOH/10g – solids – no – fat/
Should not contain: color, sweeteners. The contained additives should be subject to the demands arising
from the technological procedure applied by the producer.
Allowed quantity of ALPHATOXIN (max M1 = 0.05 μg/kg)
Lead –max = 0,4 mg/kg, Cadmium max = 0,02 mg/kg, Mercury max = 0.03 mg/kg, Arsenic max = 0,1

For each delivery of material, for each Lot, the procurer/producer should obligatorily enclose:
-Report on quality of the material issued by his own laboratory
-Report on safety of the material regarding human health
-Certificate from the veterinary inspection (enclosed to each delivered material).
