Please read the following carefully regarding important dates, deadlines and other important information.
March 27 Deadline for paying for Mother-Daughter Brunch

Deadline for paying for Senior Prom.
All Senior expenses, including Tuition, should be paid in full by this date. After
April 15 th , only cash or money orders will be accepted for all outstanding payments. You must in good standing to attend Prom and to graduate.
April 27 Mother-Son Mass and Dinner Dance.

May 1 A copy of all scholarship information must be submitted to Ms. Lodise by this date in order for this information to be printed in the graduation booklet.
This includes all college scholarship letters and financial aid award letters, including awards and scholarships given by those colleges that you do not plan to attend. Such college financial awards may include, but are not limited to, any athletic scholarships offered, United State Service Academy appointments, any college tuition reciprocity/exchange programs, independent scholarships awarded, etc.
May 2 Senior Prom at Drexelbrook - 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
All students must be in good financial standing to attend the Senior Prom. Please contact Mrs. Bracken in the Tuition Office for information. Students must also be eligible under discipline standards. These regulations also apply to all dates who attend Bonner & Prendergast.
All students and dates must arrive by 7:30 PM and must remain until 11:45 PM.
Any exceptions to these times must be requested by a parent/guardian on the application that your student will receive with their Senior Prom packet at a later date.

Permission to come late will be at the discretion of the Assistant Principal for
Student Affairs. Mr. Strandberg will inform your student beforehand if permission to come late is granted or denied. If students are not at Drexelbrook by 7:30 PM and do not have permission to come late, they will not be admitted into the building
– NO EXCEPTIONS.
May 20 Graduation materials will be distributed during homeroom periods.
10 announcements – These are not tickets.
Graduation materials will be held for the following reasons:
*outstanding financial obligations, including unreturned sports uniforms
*pending academic failures
*disciplinary and attendance problems
June 2 Senior Awards Night – 7:00 p.m. in Main gym. Award recipients will be specifically invited. There is no limit to the number of guests.
June 4 – Girls
June 5 – Boys
Baccalaureate Liturgy at Holy Cross Church, Springfield – 7:00 PM
Baccalaureate Liturgy at Holy Cross Church, Springfield – 7:00 PM
June 6 Graduation at Villanova – 10:00 AM
