completed/received by the Office of the Assistant Dean for Freshmen.
 Application form – submitted to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Freshmen by
November 8, 2013. Do not leave any sections blank.*
 References – submitted reference forms to 3 individuals; deadline for receipt of these
forms is November 15, 2013.
 Optional – you may attach a photo of yourself to your application. This helps the

Section 3: Tell us About Your Plans for Summer 2014
List any plans or commitments you already have or anticipate for summer 2014. If you have concerns about your
availability (i.e. possible summer internship, travel plans), please note them, along with any known or possible dates. If
you have applied or will apply for an internship or other summer commitment, note the date that you expect to know
the outcome of your application.

For upperclassmen, we require two references from Lycoming College faculty members, and one reference from an
administrative staff member. Freshman applicants may submit up to two references from a high school teacher or
administrator, but should also provide one Lycoming College reference.

All applicants must participate in the group interview. The purpose of this interview is to give the selection committee
the opportunity to get to know you better and to allow you to share additional information about yourself and/or ask
questions.
