The delivery plan for Family C will focus on improving the Quality of Teaching and Learning

This plan is proposed to outline activities that will be undertaken during the second year of a three year programme to improve the
quality of Teaching and Learning across our Family of Schools
The programme will seek to:
 Share strengths and development areas across the whole family
 Provide a personalised programme to meet the individual needs of each individual school involving staff at all stages of
their careers
 Raise levels of achievement across all schools

To develop a secure
