In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming shall be free and held harmless from any

Eligibility:
Swimmers must be currently registered with USA Swimming, Inc.
NO ON DECK REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must
be within the listed age brackets as of November 6th, 2015.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, October 28th, 2015.
Entry Limit:
Each swimmer may enter a maximum of three events per day, and two relays
per day. This event will be limited to 300 swimmers.
Entry Fees:
$6.00 surcharge per swimmer ($3.00 OSI - $3.00 facility use)
$3.00 Individual event fee
$10.00 Relay entry fee
Entry fees must accompany master entry form.

Entries: 1. Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding. Swimmers with “No Times”, please

Please include printout of Hy-tek entries and meet fees.
3. All email entries will be confirmed by a reply. If you do not receive a reply,
the email was not received.

5. Complete Summary Sheet, sign, and include with payment.
6. With submission of entries, the coach/team representative attests that all
swimmers entered are registered with USA Swimming, Inc.
7. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming
member coach as being proficient in performing racing starts or must start each
race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the
responsibility of the swimmer or swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure
compliance with this requirement.
Swimmers
Check-in:

Present:
Positive check-in rules will apply. All swimmers must check in for events 400
yards and longer. Swimmers must check in for these events 30 minutes prior to
the start of the meet on the day they swim those events.
For unattached swimmers, or swimmers whose coach is not attending the meet,
it is the swimmers responsibility to arrange for a certified coach to be
responsible for the swimmer. This must be done BEFORE the swimmer may
enter the water for warm-ups or competition. Please see the Meet Director or
the Meet Referee if assistance is needed, upon arrival at the meet.
Course:
Indoor heated pool, 25yds, 6 lanes, depth from 12 to 5 ft. Deep end start.
Colorado Timing electronic timing with touch pad finish. Hy-tek Meet Manager
soft-ware with interface to electronic timer and 6-lane reader board. Separate
warm-up and cool-down area. The competition course has been certified in
accordance with USA Swimming 104.2.2C(4).
Facility:
Limited close in parking. Parking is available at the nearby high school and
middle schools. Seating for approximately 250 spectators. Concessions will be
available throughout the meet. Swim venue includes: Men’s and Women’s
changing rooms with access to pool deck: open pool deck areas available for
swimmers, coaches and officials only. Facility is accessible to adaptive
swimmers.
Restrictions:
TOBACCO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
AND GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE
SWIMMING VENUE, ON THE GROUNDS, OR IN THE PARKING
AREAS. NO SHAVING IN THE SWIMMING VENUE.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is
strictly prohibited in changing areas, rest rooms and locker rooms.
Except where facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of
swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas, is
prohibited. Photographing from behind the blocks is strictly prohibited.

Rules:
Current USA Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming Inc., rules will govern
this meet.
Safety:
Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be
in effect and strictly enforced.
Bull Pen:
A bullpen will be provided for all 8&U swimmers during individual events
only. During relay events, 8&U swimmers will report directly to their assigned
lane. All other swimmers shall report directly to their assigned lanes.

High Point Awards- Will be awarded in each age group (Male/Female) for
swimmers who earn the highest point total.

32, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18
Meetings:
Officials meetings will start one hour before start of the meet. Coaches meetings
will start fifteen minutes before start of the meet.

Coaches packets/ heat sheets will be available from the Clerk of Course (located
next to the timing/ computer stand). Current credentials will be required.

Officials:
We always appreciate the help of USA Swimming certified officials from other
clubs. If you will be attending this meet, please notify Meet Referee Andrea
Knutsen. Hospitality will be provided for all participating Officials and
Coaches.
Timers:
Each team will be given timing assignments. Please designate a parent
representative to report to the Head Timer 30 minutes prior to the start of the
meet.
Conduct:
Each swimmer is the responsibility of his/her own club, and their conduct must
be consistent with the Oregon Swimming, Inc. swimming code. South Coast
Aquatic Team and the City of North Bend are not responsible for accidents
or losses occurring as a result of this meet.
