I have over 5 years experience in the welding and piping inspection field. I had completed certified senior welding inspector. Waiting for RESULT.(CSWIP), NDT level II in RT, UT, MPT, DPT and RTFI. I have 3 Years working experience in the site inspection for piping erection, fabrication, welding with relative all site document works. Still I am working as a quality control inspector in
AUDEX PTE LTD, SINGAPORE, and I briefly mentioned my duties and responsibility in attached resume. Since I worked 4 years as welder as a result, I have good sound knowledge about various welding process, repair analyses, caution for major discontinuities and method or way of control.

More than Three years experience in Welding Inspection and Quality control in the field of site piping construction, fitting and spool welding. As a QC Inspector- my present duties and responsibilities are take assure to meet quality requirement of pipe and fit-up, fittings spool welding, site work spool construction, conducting and witnessing procedure qualification record, welder qualification, control and monitoring welding electrode and consumables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working as a coordinator / in charge in welding inspection activities at different job’s with group of welding/ QC inspector.
2. Welding inspection - radiographic interpretation.

Verification against the documentation and marking of correctness of parent materials.

Material verification with the support of mill test certificate (MTC).

Verification to ensure that the applicable welding procedures specifications (WPS) are approved by the appropriate authorities prior to start any welding activities.

Providing and guiding to welder to weld distortion control and welding sequence in accordance with job code requirements.

Perform surveillance visits / inspection during welding and fabrication activities to verify and ensure the compliance with the specified procedures, including any pre-heat, inter pass temperature control and post weld heat treatment (PWHT).
