The following is a list of free materials available through the Independence Market. Please indicate
the quantity needed to the right of each listed item. If you do not need an item, please type a zero or
leave the text box empty. Once you have completed the form, please submit it by e-mail to
mbaugh@nfb.org or by fax to (410) 659-5129. You will receive an e-mail confirming the submission of
your order. Please allow one month for the processing of your order. Call (410) 659-9314 extension
2371 if your event is less than seven business days away, if the order is larger than five hundred
pieces per item, or if you are unsure as to what to order for your event.
