Course Outline: Module 5 Module 5, Chapter 5: Decision Making, Learning, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship BAS 283 Principles of Management The primary goal of this module is: to examine how managers make effective decisions, with factors such as individual, group, and organizational in consideration. Also included are methods for managers to promote organizational learning and creativity, along with differentiating between entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
