Who We Are!
Evangelos Photography Ltd. is the official studio taking care of the graduation photography services.
Evangelos is providing the photograph and session that everyone must take for the yearbook and
composite as a free gift for the long-standing partnership between us and your department.
Graduation Photographs
Individual Photographs
The graduation photographs are a series of photographs that are taken with you in the academic
regalia, as well as formal dress, or casual clothing. Each student may bring one change of clothing if
they desire; however, casual clothing is not mandatory. Please note that Evangelos will be providing all
necessary UBC caps, hoods and gowns. Photographs of you in the UBC regalia are required should you
wish to be included in the yearbook and composite.
Group Photographs
Group photographs are welcome! We always encourage students to bring their family or loved ones in
with them. Each student from the graduating class is entitled to one free group session with their
sitting. If you wish to have photographs taken with an additional group, a special rate of $15.99+tax
per extra group will be charged. Group photographs are to be taken at the same time as your
individual photographs; no separate appointments are needed!
Deposit
There is a refundable $45.00 cash deposit that you are required to place at the time of your sitting.
This deposit will be credited towards your order for final photographs if placed prior to your 60 days
from the date of your sitting; however, if you do not wish to order any photographs there are no
obligations! Your deposit will be refunded back to you as long as you come into the studio with your
receipt before your 60 days are up. If you do not inquire about your $45.00 deposit within your 60 day
time limit, the deposit will be forfeited meaning unfortunately, you will not get it back.
