1. Instructions for submitting an abstract for the International Session (IS) at the 68th Annual
Congress of Japan Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology:
• Abstracts must be typed and e-mailed using this Abstract Submission Form.
• Please complete all sections of this form.
• Save this whole document by choosing “File” “Save As” and name your file in the following manner:
“yourlastname_yourcountry.doc” (or “yourlastname_yourcountry.docx”).
• Please e-mail your file to the JSOG Congress Secretariat for the IS at < gakujutu@jsog.or.jp > (E-mail
subject is "68JSOG abstract").
• The deadline for the IS abstract submission is 03:00AM on 30 September 2015 (UTC).
2. Formatting Abstracts:
• All abstracts should be submitted in English.
• The text should be single-spaced, Arial font and 10-point size.
• The main body should include 1) Objective(s), 2) Methods, 3) Results, and 4) Conclusion(s), in a single
paragraph respectively. Use standard abbreviations and the generic names of drugs.
• Total letter count should be 1400 letters (of the English alphabet) or less not including the title, authors
and affiliations.
• Please select the category of IS (Oncology, Perinatology, Reproduction, or Women’s Health).
