assisting her to make time to attend workshops and complete self-directed activities;

being available to provide feedback and discuss her progress in the program and her career plans.
Executive sponsorship is critical in the advancement of women and therefore it is expected that program
participants will meet with their sponsoring executive throughout the six months to discuss program
objectives and outcomes. In addition the sponsoring executive agrees to subsidise the costs of executive
coaching for the participant for up to 4 sessions, and will be invited participate in the final workshop session.
