Associate to the Vice President Equity

Compensation: Honoraria would be provided by discretion of the Executive Committee

Job Description: The Associate to the Vice President Equity (VP Equity) will be working
closely with the VP Equity to create and achieve the goals of the union in regards to the
portfolio of the VP Equity. The Associate will also represent our university at meetings with
other student unions.
Responsibilities
· Must complete at least 10 office hours a week
· Attend weekly meetings, ministry meeting and others pertaining to Equity concerns and the
UTMSU
· Schedule appointments for the VP Equity
· Complete tasks as assigned by the VP Equity
· Minute certain meetings as designated

Effective Note Taker
Knowledge of Equity or Social Justice Issues is an asset
