ADP DSI are the leading supplier of software systems and services to the retail automotive industry,
providing advanced, highly capable, integrated software to car dealerships in more than 50 countries
worldwide.
We’re looking for graduates with passion and enthusiasm that have what it takes to drive our business
forward and are keen to develop new knowledge and skills, because our growth is ultimately dependent
on yours.
About the Graduate Scheme:
Our graduates do four rotations in two years. Each rotation gives you exposure to a different core business
area. At least one of your rotations will be overseas. By the end of the scheme, you’ll be ready to make an
informed decision on your future based on everything you’ve learnt about the business and about yourself.
From day one you’ll be working on projects linked directly to organisational objectives, for example working
to analyse the marketing, implementing methodologies such as Lean working practices and customer or
product analysis.
Whilst your key learning will come through experience and you will be given your own responsibilities and
projects to manage from the start, you will also be given a structured formal training programme with
regular classroom training in each rotation. These will be both in technical areas and in business and
management skills. You’ll be supported by your local HR Director, a mentor and buddy on each rotation.
So what are we looking for in you?




A 2:1 degree or above (preferably in a technical, maths, science or business discipline)
The ability to not only to think fast but to think differently
A passion for technology (ideally some experience in a tech environment or programming skills)
Prepared to travel and to live and work in other parts of the world.
