Conducting of Awareness workshop and Principle of Gender in CSO
The Gender section of CSO for capacity building of its female staff conducted one
day workshop under the name of " Awareness and Principle of Gender" on 28-031393
The following issues focused on in this workshop:






Understanding of Gender literal meaning of the term.
What is the difference between gender and sex?
What is the difference between Gender and equality?
What is the Gender justice?
Difference between equity and gender equality.
National and international documents that the government is committed
towards gender
 Gender principles in the constitution of Afghanistan
This workshop conducted in second round with technical support of Ministry
of Women Affaires which had effective and benefit result in implementation
of Gender equality at all.
