1.HENRY WEAVER
NOTE: Another Henry Weaver, son of Christopher and Anna Elizabeth (Lintz) Weaver
has been mistaken for this Henry Weaver.
Henry Weaver Weber was born about 1748 and died in Monongalia County VA in
September 1830.
Henry married Catherine Nancy Fast in Frederick County MD
about 1767. Catherine, a daughter of Nicholas and Catherine Magaretha (Danner)
Fast, was born March 27, 1758 and died about 1803 in Monongalia County.
Henry bought land called "Chestnut Thicket" on the South side of Bleu
Mountain in Frederick County MD in 1769. He sold the land to Lewis Smith in 1774
and moved to western PA to join his father in law, Nicholas Fast.
Henry received a land grant on White Day Creek in Monongalia County VA in 1793.
The family is believed to have relocated to Monongalia County before 1800.
Henry married Nancy Beall, the widow of John Beall, after Catherine Nancy (Fast)
Weaver died.

In the name of God Amen, I Henry Weaver, of Monongalia County and State
of Virginia, being now weak state of health but in my right state of mind do now
make my last will and testament 1n Which I doe now disavow revoke and disanul
all others wills and testaments here to before made and now recommend my body to
the dust from whence It came and my spirit to God that gave it and first that
all my personal estate be appraised and sold and secondly my body be decently
burled and all funeral expenses be discharged out of said estate and thirdly my
will is that all lawful debts be justly discharged and fourthly, my will is that
my wife Nancy 1S to have one third of both personable and real estate while she
remains in a state of widow hood and then at her death or marriage the said
estate that is to say the widows third to be sold and divided in the way and
manner following to Wit one equal part of Nicholas Weaver dec. John Weaver.
Barbara Marple, Jacob Weaver, and Elizabeth Sayre, John Bell, Elizabeth
Stephanes, Henry Weaver decease Catharine Fast dec. Mary Wivel deceased Mary
Sayre deceased, the said estate all to be equally divided each part of those
legatees deceased to be divided with each of their children after the said
estate is legally and all debts paid the widow to have her third part the
remainder to be equally divided 1n the way and manner above mentioned John Sayre
to have fifty cents Adam Fast to have fifty cents Fredrick Vivel fifty cents
what each legatee has all ready received from sd estate to be appraised and to
be accounted back to said estate and further I Nominated and appoint Jedidiah
Sayre of Harrison County and State afore said as my executor to execute the
above mentioned Will in the way and manner prescribed given under my hand and
seal the twelfth day of September 1n the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and thirty.

Will and testament of Henry Weaver deceased was produced In court proven by the
oath of Thomas Meredith, a witness thereto and at October term was again
produced 1n court proven by the oath of Francis Stansberry a witness thereto and

Carlton Davis “Buck” Weaver, a son of Arley Ezra and Grace Catherine
(Davis) Weaver, was born in Calhoun County WV in 1921 and died in Charleston, SC
July 31, 2011. He married Nancy Mason McIntosh, who preceded him in death.
Nancy was a daughter of Frank Smith and Hilda (McVey) McIntosh.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William C. Weaver, and a sister, Mary
Kathryn Weaver Busch.
Mr. Weaver was a US Navy veteran of World War II, with service as a Naval
pilot and as a Korean war veteran with service as a Marine aviator.
Mr. Weaver is survived by his daughter, Mason Weaver Scott, his sister-inlaw, Cary Weaver and three nieces, Laura Weaver, Dr. Gina Busch and Pam Busch.
Children of Carlton Davis and Nancy Mason (McIntosh) Weaver.
