Internet Café:

A special area at the exhibition will be assigned as the Internet Cafe. The sponsoring
company will provide 3 workstations, enabling participants to send and receive e-mail, send
and retrieve messages to other Conference participants, and have free access to the Internet.
The sponsoring company will run this centre by providing both equipment and manpower.
The sponsoring company’s name will be displayed on the retrieval stations. Information
regarding this service will be included in the Conference website and final programme.
Speaker Ready Room:
€ 2.000,00 + 23%VAT
The Speaker Ready Room is located in a special area at the Conference Center will be assigned
as. Presenters may review their slides and PowerPoint Presentations, as well as receive
programme updates. The sponsoring company will provide 2 workstations. The sponsoring
company will run this centre by providing both equipment and manpower. The sponsoring
company’s name will be displayed on the retrieval stations. Information regarding this service
will be included in the Conference website and final programme.

EXHIBITION
The industrial exhibition will be available at the Porto Palace Hotel Convention Centre.
Coffee breaks will take place within the exhibition area.
Minimum Exhibition Space: 6 sq.m. The maximum building height for exhibit stands is 2.50m.

For special constructions other than the aforementioned ones, the Exhibitor will undertake
all costs along with full responsibility for transportation and construction.
Booth Assignment
Booth assignment, will be made on a “first come, first served basis”. Platinum and Gold
Sponsors will have priority. A completed application form accompanied by advance
payment should be mailed/faxed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt
of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance
due will be mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated
on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application
forms with payment are received. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked
or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.
