Infringements (General) Amendment (Lodgeable
Infringement Offences) Regulations 2011
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Infringements (General) Regulations 2006—
(a) to prescribe certain infringement offences
under the Conveyancers Act 2006,
Electricity Safety Act 1998, Liquor Control
Reform Act 1998, Motor Car Traders Act
1986, Rail Safety Act 2006 and the Sex
Work Act 1994 as lodgeable infringement
offences for the purposes of the
Infringements Act 2006; and
(b) to make other amendments of a minor or
consequential nature to the Infringements
(General) Regulations 2006.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 168 of
the Infringements Act 2006.

3 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Infringements (General)
Regulations 20061 are called the Principal
Regulations.
4 Schedule 3 amended
(1) In item 7.2 of Schedule 3 to the Principal
Regulations—
(a) after "99," insert "99A,";
(b) for "and 105(1)" substitute ", 105(1)
and 106B".
(2) In item 7.3 of Schedule 3 to the Principal
Regulations—
(a) omit "108(1)(c),";
(b) for "108(1)(e), 108A(2)," substitute
"108AA(2), 108AA(3), 108AB(2),
108AC(2), 108AD(2), 108AE(2),".
(3) After item 8A of Schedule 3 to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"8B Rail Safety Act 2006
8B.1 Section 76(1)(a).".
(4) In item 9A.6 of Schedule 3 to the Principal
Regulations omit "222(2),".
5 Schedule 4 amended
(1) After item 1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"2AA Conveyancers Act 2006
2AA.1 Sections 16(1), 23(3), 34(7), 54(1), 58(2),
59(3), 61, 66(2), 67(3), 69(3), 71(4), 73(2),
80(1), 153(1), 153(2) and 153(3).".

(2) In item 4.1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations—
(a) for "83A(1), 83A(3), 83B(1)" substitute
"83BA(3)";
(b) after "110," insert "113A(3), 113F(1),".
(3) In item 8.1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations—
(a) after "Sections" insert "14(2), 15(2),";
(b) after "35A(3)," insert "41(2)(a),";
(c) after "43(1B)," insert "43(3),";
(d) after "52(6)," insert "82A(1), 82A(2),".
(4) In item 8.2 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations, after "Regulations" insert
"19(1), 19(2),".
(5) For the heading to item 10 of Schedule 4 to the
Principal Regulations substitute "Sex Work Act
1994".
(6) In item 10.1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations after "Sections" insert
"21G(1), 21G(2),".
