HACC - Tennis Club
Information for applicants:
 Subscriptions are from 1 January to 31 December inclusive.
 Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should complete the application form on their child/children’s
behalf. NB: Membership is required annually, in addition to monthly coaching fees.
 Family membership: Please give full names of each family member and dates of birth.
 Junior ages are operative as of 1 January 2016.
 Senior Citizen category applies when you reach state pension age.
 Shoe fobs must be worn as proof of membership.
 Off-peak membership (9a.m. – 5p.m. week-days) is 50% of the full fee. With no lights.
 Parent membership gives you access to courts with your child when the courts are free
and are not in use for any of the priority sessions published on the court schedule.
 Members who have already paid a subscription to the HACC Main Club via another
section should make this known to the membership secretary as this is a one-off fee
and will not be added in the Tennis Section fees.
 Cases of hardship may be eligible for a reduction in fee. A detailed letter should be
presented to the committee for consideration.
British Tennis Membership (The Lawn Tennis Association: www.lta.org.uk)
As a Tennis Club Member you are automatically eligible for British Tennis Membership and
you will be signed up for membership unless you opt out. As a member you will be eligible for entry
into the Wimbledon ticket ballot, receive a monthly e-newsletter and have access to the onlinemembers only area.
