Annual Medieval and Renaissance Forum: “Love, Friendship, Marriage”
Scholars wishing to have their conference papers published in our general proceedings book (no
ISBN) will need to submit a copy of their conference papers to phi@regiscollege.edu by April 24th.
These papers should be not exceed 10 double-spaced pages (approximately 3500 words including
notes) and must conform to the Chicago Manual of Style with footnotes (no bibliography, works
cited, or reference page). Depending on the number of submissions, it may be required to reduce
the length of papers.
Those who would like to be considered to also be considered for our peer-reviewed publication
(with ISBN), an edited volume covering this year’s theme, will need to indicate this intention in the
same email.
Once drafts are received a PHI committee will review presentation papers. While ALL PAPERS will
be published in the proceedings, some will be selected for inclusion in the edited volume.
Selected scholars will be invited to submit full manuscripts for peer-review by email before
September 15, 2011. These must also conform to the Chicago Manual of Style with footnotes (no
bibliography, works cited, or reference page), and should be substantive in length without
exceeding 7500 words including notes.
Upon completion of review process manuscripts will be returned for revisions, and final drafts
must be submitted no later than February 1, 2012.
This publication will be available for purchase at PSU’s 33rd Annual Forum in April 2012.
