Caruso Inc. Appoints New President
Cincinnati, Ohio – Caruso Inc. today announced the promotion of Jeff Busch as President. Mr. Busch, 45,
has been Chief Operating Officer since 2005. Jim Caruso has been both President and Chief Executive
Officer and will retain his C.E.O. responsibilities.

excellence in management and a passion for serving our customers, associates and vendors. My brother
Steve and I are excited for the future and continuing to have Jeff as an integral part of our family

Mr. Busch began his career at Caruso in 1991 as a Program Manager before advancing to roles in sales,
purchasing and operations during his six years with the company. In 1997 he joined Fresh America as a
Program Manager before advancing to National Sales Director during his six years with the company. In
2003 he joined Taylor Farms as National Program Director. In 2005 Jeff returned to Caruso as Chief
Operating Officer.
