RTW, Inc. reaffirms its continuing commitment to the principles of equal employment
opportunity. RTW, Inc.’s Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Policy is as follows.
Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
RTW, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees

federal, state and local governing bodies and agencies. In keeping with this commitment, RTW, Inc. will

Overall responsibility for the management of equal employment opportunity at RTW, Inc. and for the
implementation of required affirmative action activities has been assigned to Brian E. Anderson, Senior
Human Resources Generalist, who has been designated as the company’s EEO Coordinator. Some of
his responsibilities include implementing an audit and reporting system to determine whether all
employees are given an equal opportunity to participate in company-sponsored activities. This system will
monitor RTW, Inc.’s equal employment opportunity efforts, measure the effectiveness and compliance of
such efforts, and track the attainment of RTW, Inc.’s objectives. The EEO Coordinator will report to
executive management on the effectiveness of RTW, Inc.’s Affirmative Action Program and any needs for
remedial action.
