ATTACHMENT B: PERFORMANCE MEASURES FOR EASTSIDE PROMISE NEIGHBORHOOD INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The table below includes performance measures to be collected for evaluation purposes. The first set of measures is to be collected by the program service
provider. The data comes from two sources: 1) a report form to be submitted to Eastside Promise Neighborhood on a regular basis with demographic and
attendance records, and 2) a pre-/post-questionnaire to be administered by the provider to interns. The second set of measures will be analyzed by EPN based
on participation information and outcomes assessed through CommunityViewer.
Grant Performance and Results Act Indicator (GPRA) – one of the federally required indicators of neighborhood change. For the full list of all 21 GPRAs that EPN
is accountable towards please visit www.eastsidepromise.org.
The following GPRA indicators will be addressed by the performance measures included in the table below.

Data comes from EPN monitoring of graduation data for participating students. 8 th grade students were not included. The data will come in sequentially per school year
completion. Because it comes in sequentially, a total number/percentage for graduation rate would not be available until the final class of students (9th grade) has had the
opportunity to cross the finish line.
