ANNOUNCEMENTS
Monday, June 16th The United Methodist Women and Men will
meet at 6:30pm. The meal will be a potluck.
Wednesday, June 18th The Pastor-Parish Relations Committee
will meet at 6:00pm and the Trustees will meet at 8:00pm. The
Trustees’ meeting will be a conference call again. The phone
number is 1 (619) 326-2772. The meeting code is 469-3136.
Saturday, June 21st Church Work Day beginning at 9am.
Saturday, June 28th The Nominations and Leadership
Development Committee will meet at 10:00am.
As you know, the annual Hoyt UMC Ice Cream Social will be
Saturday, July 5th. On Sunday, June 29th after church, an ice
cream making party will occur. Folks can contribute towards any
ingredients. To volunteer ice cream, desserts, and/or your time,
please contact Jeannette Thompson (785-233-9534), Nancy
Bailey (785-986-6758) or Vicki Gilliland (785-986-6209).
Quilt Project…come help assemble the quilt at the church any or
all of these dates: Tuesday, June 17th; and Thursday, June 26th.
We will start at 7:00pm.
